10+ Year Established Residential & Commercial Roofing Company

Description

Roofing company for sale with more than 10 years in business.

The company works across residential roofing, commercial projects and insurance restoration. Field work is completed through subcontractor crews rather than an in-house installation team.

Business figures

• Revenue from 2023 through 2025: approximately $2.56 million
• Reported gross margin: approximately 30%
• Average job size: approximately $20,000 to $30,000

The $2.56 million figure covers the full 2023–2025 period, so buyers should review revenue for each year separately.

Customer mix

• Residential: approximately 65%
• Commercial: approximately 20%
• Insurance restoration: approximately 15%

The company has signed projects, active bids and contracted work in its current pipeline.

Because installation is subcontracted, the model can be expanded by adding crews and taking on more projects without building a large direct field workforce.

A signed confidentiality agreement is required before the exact location is released.

Buyers should verify annual financial statements, gross margin calculations, current backlog, signed contracts, bid pipeline, subcontractor agreements, insurance restoration work, warranty obligations and customer concentration during due diligence.

Roofing and contractor licensing requirements vary by jurisdiction. Buyers should confirm all permits, insurance, qualifying-party arrangements and subcontractor requirements needed to continue operating after closing.
