A BCBA is currently in place. Buyers should confirm continued employment, credentialing and payer enrollment rather than assuming that professional credentials automatically transfer with the business.

The seller states that a buyer does not need to personally hold clinical licenses under the current ownership structure. However, clinical services must continue to be delivered and supervised by appropriately licensed or credentialed professionals in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements.

The listing references autism prevalence of approximately 1 in 31 children and projects further increases in future demand. Buyers should independently review current public health data rather than relying on forward projections.

Buyers should verify payer contracts, Medicaid enrollment, credentialing, clinical supervision, employee arrangements, patient records, privacy compliance, licensing, billing practices and any change-of-ownership requirements during due diligence.
