The parent franchise assists with recruiting, including the hiring of appropriately licensed master electricians.

The seller states that the buyer does not need prior electrical industry experience or personally hold an electrician license under the current operating structure. Buyers should independently confirm all state and local ownership, master electrician, permitting and contractor licensing requirements.

Training and ongoing franchise support are included with the ownership transition.

The current structure may support a semi-absentee owner with a general manager and qualified electrical personnel in place, depending on staffing arrangements.

Buyers should verify historical revenue and margins, the reported 27% growth rate, employee arrangements, vehicle ownership or lease terms, territory rights, franchise fees, supplier agreements, insurance coverage and all applicable electrical licensing requirements during due diligence.
