The seller uses AI-assisted design software to produce customer layouts quickly and states that prior interior design experience is not required.

Typical projects are reported in the $6,000 to $9,000 range, with installation generally completed in one day. The seller states that comparable competitors often price similar projects between $9,000 and $12,000.

Example project economics

• Typical project price: approximately $5,000 to $7,000
• Labor and materials: approximately $2,000
• Other project costs: approximately $300

These figures are seller-provided examples rather than guaranteed margins and should be checked against completed-job records.

Manufacturing is outsourced to five suppliers, with typical production lead times of approximately four to six weeks.

The business operates with relatively low fixed overhead because cabinetry and components are produced by outside manufacturers rather than in-house.

Buyers should verify historical financials, actual gross margins, customer acquisition costs, supplier terms, manufacturing lead times, installation labor, warranty obligations, design software ownership or licensing, customer deposits and any applicable Idaho contractor or installation requirements during due diligence.
