The sale includes the business, real estate, buildings, operating equipment and other assets used in the operation.

The venue serves families, school groups and weekend visitors and offers several outdoor and entertainment activities from one property.

Over the past eight years, the seller reports average annual revenue of more than $784,000 and average seller discretionary earnings of approximately $270,000. Revenue has exceeded $900,000 in stronger years.

Additional financial, property and operating information is available after a confidentiality agreement is signed and proof of funds is provided.

Buyers should verify historical financials, attendance, seasonality, equipment condition, property boundaries and value, insurance, staffing, permits, safety procedures, customer waivers and the exact assets included in the sale before closing.
