Louisiana Plumbing Company Seeking Strategic Expansion Buyer

Description

Established plumbing company for sale serving Bossier City, Shreveport and surrounding areas of Northwest Louisiana.

The family-owned business has operated since 2003 and works with both residential and commercial customers.

Financial and sale details

• Seller’s discretionary earnings: approximately $319,480
• Asking price: $2,500,000
• Equipment and furniture included: approximately $913,000
• Inventory included: approximately $100,000
• Owned real estate included: approximately $487,000

The sale also includes the existing vehicle fleet, operating systems, marketing assets and digital presence.

The company has more than 20 years of operating history and receives recurring service work from its residential and commercial customer base.

The seller is retiring and plans to transfer the business along with its customer relationships, service routes and existing market presence.

The operation may be particularly relevant to an existing plumbing or home services company looking to expand into Northwest Louisiana without building a customer base from the beginning.

Buyers should verify historical financials, the calculation of seller’s discretionary earnings, fleet and equipment ownership, inventory value, real estate value and condition, customer concentration, service agreements, employee retention, open jobs, warranties and accounts receivable during due diligence.

Louisiana plumbing work is subject to applicable contractor and Master Plumber licensing requirements. Buyers should confirm the licenses, qualifying-party arrangements and permits required to continue operating after closing.
