Michael's Men's Club

Description

Adult entertainment venue and restaurant for sale in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.

Michael's Men's Club underwent a major renovation in 2019. The property includes multiple stages, VIP rooms, a boutique area, lighting and sound systems, and an on-site restaurant operating as Marilyn's Restaurant.

The club currently offers topless entertainment, food service and full liquor service until 2:00 AM, six days per week.

Two purchase structures are available. A buyer may acquire the operating business and enter into a new long-term lease, or purchase the business together with the real estate.

The asking price for the business and real estate package is $10 million. According to the seller, this includes the real estate, furniture, fixtures and equipment, goodwill and the operating business.

The listing also states that the licenses currently used for the operation are included. Buyers should independently confirm which licenses can legally transfer and which require new applications, approvals or change-of-ownership procedures.

Seller financing may be considered for a buyer with relevant industry experience and acceptable financial qualifications.

Buyers should review historical financials, liquor sales, food sales, entertainment revenue, real estate value, equipment condition, staffing, insurance, security procedures, zoning, adult entertainment permits, liquor licensing, operating-hour restrictions and any local land-use requirements before closing.
