Perspire Sauna Studio: 2 Turnkey Studios + Expansion Territory

Description

Perspire Sauna Studio franchise portfolio for sale in the Boise, Idaho market.

The offering includes two operating locations in Eagle and Downtown Boise, along with development rights for a third location in Meridian.

Portfolio details

• Two operating infrared sauna studios
• Locations in Eagle and Downtown Boise
• Development rights for a third Meridian location
• Private infrared sauna suites
• Recurring membership revenue
• Furniture, fixtures and equipment included
• Long-term leases

The existing studios are manager-run and currently support a semi-absentee ownership structure.

The seller reports strong membership retention. Additional revenue may come from membership growth, retail sales and corporate wellness partnerships.

An equipment deposit has already been made for the planned Meridian location, which may reduce some of the initial development work for that unit.

The franchisor provides training, marketing resources and ongoing operating support. The current owner is also available to assist with transition.

Continued operation under the Perspire Sauna Studio brand, as well as development of the Meridian territory, is subject to franchisor approval, transfer requirements and the applicable franchise and development agreements.

Buyers should verify financial performance by location, membership counts and retention, lease terms, equipment ownership, franchise fees, royalty and advertising obligations, Meridian development deadlines, equipment deposit terms, staffing and any required remodel or transfer costs during due diligence.
