Prime Pizza & Subs Location-north Of Boston For Sale

Description

Greek-style pizzeria and grill for sale in a mixed residential and commercial area. The business has operated for many years and is currently run on an absentee-owner basis.

Business profile

• Greek-style pizza and grill concept
• Long operating history
• Historically approximately $800,000 in annual sales
• Absentee ownership
• Existing staff in place
• Restaurant space already built out and equipped

Location

The restaurant is positioned in an area serving both residential and business customers, giving the operation access to multiple dayparts and customer groups.

The existing buildout may also appeal to an operator looking to introduce another compatible concept without starting from an unfinished space.

Operations

The business is currently managed without full-time owner involvement. Staff are already in place to handle routine restaurant operations.

A more involved owner could review labor, menu mix, operating hours and marketing to determine where additional sales or margin improvements may be possible.

Growth

• Increase owner involvement
• Expand local marketing
• Develop catering and business accounts
• Increase delivery and takeout sales
• Review operating hours
• Introduce a new or expanded menu where appropriate

Sale

The absentee owner is motivated to sell and is currently considering offers.

Due diligence

Buyers should verify historical sales, current-year performance, cash flow, staffing costs, lease terms, equipment ownership and condition, food costs, delivery-platform fees, licenses and the exact assets included in the transaction before closing.
