Successful Franchise Janitorial Services In Michigan

Description

Established commercial cleaning franchise serving Suburban Wayne County, Washtenaw County and Oakland County, Michigan.

The business has operated since 2017 and provides recurring janitorial and cleaning services to a range of commercial properties.

Services

• General commercial cleaning
• Sanitizing
• Vacuuming and mopping
• Window cleaning
• Routine janitorial work

Current customers include offices, manufacturing facilities, professional buildings, libraries, physical therapy centers, churches and other commercial accounts.

The seller states that employees are insured and bonded and that the company supplies the equipment and cleaning products used at client locations.

Much of the current business has come through referrals and word of mouth. The owner does little formal advertising.

A buyer could focus on adding commercial accounts, increasing local marketing and social media activity, expanding within available franchise territory and introducing additional cleaning services.

This is a resale of an existing franchise operation rather than a new franchise startup.

Continued operation under the current brand is subject to franchisor approval and applicable transfer requirements.

Buyers should verify historical financials, recurring contract revenue, customer concentration, contract terms, employee retention, payroll, insurance and bonding coverage, equipment ownership, territory boundaries, franchise fees, royalties, advertising charges and transfer costs during due diligence.
