Turnkey High-end Nail Spa — Twin Cities Metro

Description

Established full-service nail spa for sale in the northeast metro area.

The salon operates from a shopping center location and is already built out for nail and spa services.

Included in the sale

• Existing salon location
• Client base
• Current staff
• Salon furniture and equipment
• Completed interior buildout

The space was professionally designed and is currently configured for salon operations, reducing the amount of construction and setup a buyer would otherwise need for a new location.

The seller states that the asking price is below the original cost of the buildout.

Buyers should verify historical financials, lease terms, equipment ownership and condition, employee and technician arrangements, customer retention, service mix, gift card or prepaid balances, licensing requirements and any landlord approval needed for the transfer during due diligence.
