Marketing and Online Sales

The business already uses social media, paid campaigns, and local events to bring in clients and promote memberships. A custom mobile app is scheduled to launch next month and will give clients another way to purchase memberships, gift cards, and products directly from the business.

Product orders placed through the app will be handled through drop shipping, with the clinic receiving a 30% commission on those sales. This adds an online revenue channel that does not depend on clients being physically present at the clinic.
