Revenue is generated primarily through exhibitor booth sales, with many vendors returning from year to year. The seller reports that a significant portion of booth space is typically sold in advance of the event.

The business has established exhibitor relationships, marketing channels, venue coordination procedures and documented operating systems.

Event production is supported by outside contractors, allowing ownership to focus mainly on exhibitor sales, vendor relationships and overall event management.

Potential areas for expansion include additional sponsorships, increased exhibitor participation and broader event marketing.

Buyers should review historical attendance, exhibitor retention, booth contracts, venue agreements, contractor arrangements, sponsorship revenue, intellectual property and advance deposits during due diligence.
