Contractor Business Specializing in Products for Outdoor Living Spaces

Description

Outdoor living contractor business for sale in the Shreveport-Bossier City area of Louisiana.

The company has been operating for more than 25 years and works mainly on residential backyard projects, with some commercial work as well.

The business sells, builds and installs outdoor living products designed for long-term use.

Most new work comes through referrals and word of mouth. The seller also developed a way to sell certain products outside the local market, including nationwide sales, which has added revenue in recent years.

Furniture, fixtures and equipment with a seller-estimated value of approximately $175,000 are included in the asking price.

The real estate is not included. It may be purchased separately for $625,000 or leased from the seller under terms to be negotiated.

The seller is willing to remain involved after closing for training and transition and has indicated flexibility on the length of that period.

Buyers should verify historical financials, the recent increase in sales and net income, equipment ownership and condition, current contracts and backlog, customer deposits, supplier relationships, employee and subcontractor arrangements, contractor licensing requirements and the terms of either purchasing or leasing the property.
