Convenience Store With Inventory Included Boston Massachusetts For Sale

Description

Convenience store for sale in Boston. The shop is about 1,260 sq. ft. and sits close to a train station, with a bus stop next to the property.

Current hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week.

Store sales are reported at more than $14,000 per month. Lottery commissions and ATM fees are additional and are not included in that number.

Rent is $2,350 per month plus about $150 in taxes. Water is included. Electricity runs around $625 per month.

About $50,000 in inventory is included in the asking price.

The sale also includes the POS system, ATM, lottery terminal, shelving, refrigeration and store fixtures.

The business sells drinks, snacks, tobacco and everyday convenience items. Customers include commuters, neighborhood residents and people working nearby.

There is room to change the product mix. Coffee, hot food, fresh items, delivery or other convenience services could be added if the location and permits allow it. Longer hours are another option.

The seller believes an owner who works in the store could improve sales and control losses more closely. That is an estimate and should not be treated as guaranteed additional revenue.

The exact address is confidential. A signed NDA is required before location details are released.

Buyers should check the actual lottery commissions, ATM income, gross margins, payroll, inventory count, lease terms and remaining monthly expenses. Tobacco, lottery and any additional food or money-service licenses will also need to be confirmed.
