Florist In Oakland County

Description

The business has operated since 2003 from a remodeled downtown suburban location serving nearby residential and commercial customers.

Services

• Everyday floral arrangements

• Wedding floral packages
• Custom orders for events and individual customers

The business is FTD certified. Displays, floral coolers and other operating equipment are included in the existing setup and are reported by the seller to be regularly maintained.

The current owner does little formal advertising.

Additional business could potentially come from funeral-home relationships, corporate accounts, hotels, event planners, bridal shows and more consistent local and digital marketing.

The seller reports positive cash flow and is selling because of health reasons.

Buyers should verify historical financials, FTD membership and transfer requirements, lease terms, equipment ownership and condition, inventory, supplier relationships, wedding and event deposits, outstanding orders, customer accounts and any delivery vehicles included in the sale during due diligence.
