The five largest clients account for less than 20% of total revenue.

Most recurring clients are billed on a fixed-fee basis, with ACH payments collected at the beginning of each month.

The business operates virtually and uses standardized monthly and quarterly closing procedures.

The owner currently manages client relationships, scheduling, business development and staff coordination.

The practice also has internal training programs for accounting software and staff development.

A buyer could grow the business through additional marketing, networking, advisory work or by converting tax clients into monthly bookkeeping accounts.
