Mobility Healthcare Equipment Supplier For Sale

Description

Mobility equipment franchise opportunity serving seniors, people with disabilities and customers with special mobility needs.

This is a new franchise opportunity rather than the resale of an existing operating business.

Products and services

• Stair lifts
• Automotive mobility lifts
• Wheelchair and access ramps
• Porch lifts
• Other residential mobility equipment

The franchisor states that many products may be funded or reimbursed through qualifying support organizations or assistance programs. Eligibility and payment terms vary by customer and program.

The model is designed around customer consultation, sales, equipment delivery and installation. The franchisor also advertises next-day delivery on certain products, subject to product availability and local service conditions.

Franchise support

• Initial training
• Call-center support
• Group purchasing and supplier discounts
• Multiple product categories
• Relatively low fixed overhead

The franchisor is looking for owners with customer-service and sales ability. Previous management or military experience may also be useful, although it is not stated as a requirement.

Prospective buyers should review the current Franchise Disclosure Document and verify startup costs, royalties, advertising fees, territory rights, inventory requirements, installation responsibilities, supplier terms, call-center fees and any financial performance representations before proceeding.

Buyers should also confirm applicable contractor, accessibility-equipment, electrical, permitting and insurance requirements for installation work in their territory.

ABC works directly with prospective buyers. Inquiries may result in follow-up by phone, text or email.
