• Search engine marketing
• Pay-per-click advertising

Operations

The agency is currently operated remotely and does not require a traditional office for day-to-day work.

Experienced employees are already in place and handle much of the routine client and project activity, allowing the current owner to remain only lightly involved.

The company has served the local market for more than two decades and maintains relationships with recurring and long-term clients.

A buyer could continue operating the agency remotely or take a more active role in sales and account development.

Growth

• Increase outbound business development
• Add new digital advertising clients
• Expand recurring marketing retainers
• Develop additional website projects
• Add complementary creative or social media services
• Expand beyond the existing geographic market

Due diligence

Buyers should verify historical financials, recurring versus project-based revenue, client concentration, contract terms, employee compensation, software and advertising-platform costs, accounts receivable, website and domain ownership, and the exact level of current owner involvement before closing.
